Pretty sure I got my oil 'changed' here once and they didn't even do it. It was just as black as it was before, after I left when I checked it. Not going back. * Reply to the owner: it's funny you say I have no record of ever going there. I remember they asked for my email, so they could email me the receipt. And I never ended up getting an email. Which made me think they just swiped my card, then it changed the oil, and had no record. But I was definitely there.

Shawn, We have no record of you ever coming in to our location. Unfortunately I believe you must have had your oil changed (or not) elsewhere. Went here for an NC state inspection. Nice place with a good lounge area. Very Professional !!! I was in and out in less than 30 min. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place. While I was there, I saw how they handled other customers and I am really appreciate their good work. Try to make an appointment before you go.

There is nothing about this place HONEST... I took my car there for broken ball joint in July which a lot of other repairs with 4 brand new tires that came up to 2100$ when I picked my car up my brand new tires didn’t have the caps to hold the air in on all 4 tires and on one tire the lug was completely missing, they said I never had one in the first place FIRST lie, my steering wheel was still clicking when I turned my wheel and they said they didn’t know what that was SECOND lie, so about a month later I took it back because of a creaking noise and and the same clicking they said they didn’t remember the clicking THIRD lie and that it was a rack and pinion and struts which they said would be a 1600$ fix, after I told them is was my lower ball joint 1 week later my lower ball joint failed with my children in the car on the side of the road, thank god we where safe, long story short they are money hungry and not HONEST at all, my kids where put in danger without a care, they seem nice and caring at first but it’s just to get your money GET a second opinion DO NOT take your car here.the first time I went for break pad awhile back NO issues maybe it is under new management.... but I warn you they are NOT honest don’t let the name fool you......I don’t normally write reviews but people should know

Brought my vehicle there because it needed a new radiator, claimed it needed new hoses as well but it didn’t and they wanted to charge me 1200 dollars to replace a 150 dollar radiator, don’t trust them and get estimates else where.

You are correct that you could probably find the part for less than our quote as we mark up parts in the course of regular business; however, the majority of the price reflected the labor, the upper radiator hose, and a flush of the cooling system to ensure that your new radiator does not fail. We also provide a 3 year, 36,000 mile parts and labor warranty, as well as 12 months of complimentary roadside assistance with the service you declined. Added 7/25: second review.These guys did a great job, especially Tannen and Jason. They took care of my normal maintenance at a reasonable price (plus a coupon) and also caught a problem that was barely noticable but was under warranty. They took the time to explain the problem to the Honda dealer who repaired it under the warranty which was soon to expire. They caught a problem and saved me money. The fact that they went out of their way to communicate an issue where they were NOT getting the business went a long way for me.
