Very positive experience. I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and could not be more pleased. First and foremost, I appreciate the fact that they respected and valued my time and honored the appointment. Can't say that about the dealership, where I make an appointment and wait 45+ minutes before they even get to my car--I grew tired of their excuses and poor customer service and tired Carolina Car Care based on a coworkers experience. Second, the waiting area and wifi are great. I brought work with me while I waited. FRESH coffee and water available, not coffee that was left over from the night before. finally, the follow-up was a pleasant surprise--they really want to make sure you are satisfied with the work they did--unlike the dealership. I have found my new "go-to" place for all my vehicle needs. Thanks team!
