Everything was great! They knew that my dad scheduled the appointment, so they were very helpful in not trying to explain everything that was happening to me. They told me the email could be forwarded to my dad. There was no rip-off, and they simply just told me what was wrong without fudging somethings just to get me to buy stuff. It did take about 45 minutes longer than I thought it would, but other than that it was fine. Also, I would pack headphones, because the play area for kids is right next to the waiting area so it did get really noisy. The waiting area is super nice though, and I got some homework done at a desk.

Everyone really nice and they were really quick!

Locked me in on a Groupon inspection deal without telling me that I couldn't go to another mechanic. Gave me a ridiculous prics for repair.

We apologize if you feel you were given a high quote on repairs - unfortunately not all repairs are cheap and easy. It is not us that make the rules for inspection - the state mandates that we follow strict guidelines for each and every vehicle we check.

Have been using this establishment for years; I like that they listen to your concerns. I trust them with my Smart Car, which is not your usual auto as everything is tucked into such a small space and not where you might expect it to be compared to other autos.

Was not expecting an estimate so high to get my car fixed, where do they get their parts from? Looked up a radiator for my car and found prices from $50-$140 new and their suppliers prices are $200 and up, like really? only beacuse i need my car is the reason i accepted the $800 estimate. But if it was up to me i would have just sold the car for parts

Adrian, thank you for taking the time to review your service. You are correct - you can go and buy parts cheaper yourself from any one of the suppliers that we use to source parts for your car. The disconnect is in the value that we provide after your service - when you get the parts from us, we provide a three year, 36000 mile warranty AND 12 months of complimentary roadside assistance. You will find that any business you use is going to mark up the products they sell (as that is the definition of retail business), although we do our best to make sure that the markup is in line with competitors in our industry. I had an appointment but got there early, they took my truck back immediately and I was there less than 30 minutes. This was for a state inspection
