David was extremely responsive to my requests, which were very specific to making sure my car was ready for a track day event at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Will, the person who looked over my car and made a repair to the braking system, was thorough and understanding. I couldn't think of a more helpful or professional group of people to ensure my safety at the track than CCC. Just to show you how thoughtful they were, they went WAY out of their way to find me some high quality brake fluid at our local Ferrari/Lambo/Porsche dealership when they could not get anything worthwhile from their network of suppliers. Customer service second to none!

They were very professional and very courteous when I was shopping around to do price comparison’s and ended up going with them due to not only their prices but the service I received over the telephone from Britney! The service itself was quick and completed within a very timely manner! I will definitely be back for future services.

Jason and his team are absolutely wonderful! I took my car for some general maintenance a few weeks ago and it was done timely and was very reasonably priced. Today I hit a piece of a ladder on I-40 and blew a tire. Jason worked me in and checked my car for any additional damage free of charge. I am so thankful!

I brought in my car which was making a scraping noise and I was afraid to drive it. They inspected the car and correctly diagnosed the problem and didn't even charge me for it! Now I can drive the car without worry. Excellent service and very professional. They have excellent communication through technology to let you know what is wrong with your car and they charge a fair price for the work they do. Highly recommended!

In spite of current CoVic 19 and other real world dramas, my beloved Miata received the usual great service and attention. Face shields and card sanitizers were a new addition but nothing could stop show. My guys... 8 years and counting and I'm still in love with this business. Gray haired lady who loves sports cars

Hello Shelby, Sorry you feel as if we did nothing for you - we actually performed a compression test on your engine and found that it has jumped timing, leading to an engine failure. We even gave you half off the cost of the testing we performed. I hate that you feel as if you got nothing, but as they say, don’t shoot the messenger. Best wishes!

I have been coming to this shop for a number of years, and I have never been disappointed. They have always done excellent work and advised me in all automobile matters. I am especially impressed with the manner in which Jason treats the customers. In all the time that I have spent in their waiting room, I have only heard Jason (and the others) treat people with respect. He has always explained and discussed issues with me. I have never felt pressured and have always been extremely comfortable here. Jason makes sure of that. As the first person that customers will often talk with, he is top notch and a very important asset to the company. Thank you to Jason and all the crew!

I went in for inspection and oil change. Front desk was super friendly and I had a great experience. Waiting room is nice too!
